We are in the full swing of Fall..and one snow storm away from going into winter full throttle!
Here are some quick tips that should keep you on target:

In the winter months, a creamy cleanser will help retain moisture in your skin. Try

A)     Cetaphil facial wash, an overall great facial wash for every season which is not overly drying.
B)      Pond’s cold cream is a great cleanser for dry skin.
C)      Aveeno Positively Radiant facial wash

During the winter months, your summer skin regimen will need an extra boost in the form of a heavier moisturizer.
If you used a lightweight moisturizer for the warmer months, you will definitely need something heavier to brace the cool winds. Try:
       A) Cetaphil Moisturizing Lotion is great for sensitive skin (My personal fav! And is part of my skin care regimen).
B)Olay Complete All Day Moisture Lotion SPF 15 is another great choice and comes in various formulas, depending on your skin type.
       C)  Palmers’ Cocoa Butter lotion...an oldie but goodie!!

This is a major must in the winter months. Try
1)      St. Ives Apricot Scrub or St. Ives Naturally Clear Green Tea Scrub.
2)      Biore Detoxify Daily Scrub
3)      Aveeno Active Naturals Skin Brightening Scrub

Don’t forget to exfoliate your lips using an old (clean!) toothbrush and some facial cleanser. Pat dry and follow up with a great lip balm from brands like Burts Bees or Carmex.
