Orange Crush?? Meet Sun Kissed
Looking for an easy breezy look? Try the following steps to achieve a flawless, and summer ready look using only drugstore products
Step 1-Prep your skin with a water based gel or light moisturizer with spf. I used Cetaphil's facial moisturizer. Light and airy and could be worn all summer long without feeling and looking heavy
Step 2- Conceal dark marks using an emollient concealer. Black Opal has a few stick concealers that favor those with yellow undertones. The Maybelline Fit Me Line has a great range of concealers as well. I opted for the salmon colored concealer in Ben Nye's camouflage wheel. It goes on goes on opaque but can be sheered out with a little water. Buy at www.camerareadycosmetics.com
Step 3-Orange Blush. On Ari, I used a beautiful warm colored blush called Cinnamon purchased for $4.00. It warmed up her honey complexion in seconds (www.nyxcosmetics.com)
Step 4- Bronzer: I used Eyes Lips Face Bronzer (its 1.00...im serious) on her forehead, atop her cheeks and on the bridge of her nose for a dewy look.
Step 5- Vibrant Lip Color-
I used Mandarino from Milani's makeup line sold at Duane Reade, Walgreens and other local drugtores. Since the lipstick is already heavily pigmented and saturated, i didn't even need to top it with gloss.
For more of a pop, swipe a dash of gold eyeshadow like i did on Ari, using the gold in Wet n Wild's Vanity palette.
Hope this helps....
Never forget to put your fab face forward!!!
